Summary:Монографія присвячена визначенню і обґрунтуванню ролі інформатизації, виявленню механізму її реалізації в сучасному суспільстві. Новизна роботи полягає в розробці філософської концепції єдності буття предмета інформатики. Головний зміст даної концепції полягає у визначенні інформатизації як такого процеса, що утворює субстанціалізоване існування процесів творення, зберігання,[⇒] переробки, обміну, поширення інформації. Дістала подальшого розвитку концепція специфіки інформаційної методології, на основі якої здійснюються спроби обґрунтування нової загальнонаукової методології з більш широкою сферою впливу, ніж ті, що вже відомі.З розвитком інформатики, інтелектуальних технологій здійснюється перехід від пасивного характеру представлення даних у комп’ютерних системах до активного придбання знань та їх інтерпретації. Демонструються можливості та перспективи використання інформаційної методології у природознавстві, гуманітарних та технічних науках.Інформаційний підхідскладає умовидля оцінки явищ і процесів угалузях фізичного, хімічного, біологічного, геологічного, соціального, психологічного знання на єдиних теоретичних засадах.

Summary:The work is dedicated to determination and substantiation of the role of informatization, to exposure the mechanism of its realization in modern society. The novelty of this work consists in elaboration of philosophical conception of informatics subject united being. The main sence of this conceptiopn consists in definition of informatization as the process which forms[⇒] substantiolized existence of conservating, remaking, information spreading processes. Conception of specific information methodology, which is the base of substantiation of the new general scientific methodology, obtained subsequent development. With the development of informatics and intellectual technologies proceeds the transition from passive nature of hangin-in information in computer systems to active aquiring knowledge and their interpretation. The potentialities and prospects of information methodology utilization in the fields of natural science, humanities, technical sciences are demonstrated. Information approach creates conditions for estimation of phenomena and processes in the sphere of physical, chemical, biological, social, psychological knowledge on the same theoretical grounds.
