Summary:The analysis of the preconditions for the convergence of the European Union nature conservation Directives in Ukraine are contains in this book, as well as their detailed analysis and substantiation of the preconditions and mechanisms for the implementation of their provisions in the legislation of Ukraine and the practice of environmental activity. Convergence plans prepared by the authors are presented. Also, official plans for the implementation of the Directives approved by the Ukrainian government are given.
