Summary:Запропоновано варіант методики дослідження та оптимізації залишкових фазового та напруженого станів тонких пластин, виготовлених з маловуглецевих низьколегованих сталей, за локального нагріву рухомими розподіленими джерелами тепла (з декількома центрами локалізації) до температур повної аустенізації сталі в зоні термічного впливу та наступного монотонного охолодження. Методика[⇒] ґрунтується на адаптованій до розглядуваного класу задач відомій моделі опису фазового складу та зумовлених ним залишкових напружень у маловуглецевих низьколегованих сталевих тілах за їх монотонного охолодження (з високотемпературного початкового стану зі зоною повної аустенізації). Summary:A variant of method for definition and optimization of residual phase distribution and stress state of thin plates made of low carbon low alloy steels, subjected to local heating by moving distributed heat sources (with several localization centers) to temperatures of complete austenization of the steel in the heat-affected zone and subsequent monotonic cooling, is proposed. The[⇒] technique based on the well-known model describing the phase composition and the residual stresses caused by it in low-carbon low-alloy steel solids during their monotonic cooling (from a high-temperature initial state with a complete austenization zone) adapted to the class of considered problems.
