In work the important scientific and technical problem of creation of a complex of acoustic methods and means of control of a vector of speed of a current, level and superficial excitement of in situ is solved.
For the first time the acoustic multichannel method of measurement of a profile of speed of a sound and a profile of a vector of a current with use of stationary devices is offered. The mathematical model of a method is developed. For the first time the acoustic method of measurement of speed of a current on dispersion of a range of pulsations of speed is offered, investigated and realized. The advanced acoustic differential and time control method of speed of a current of liquid in which hardware delays of a signal are compensated and is defined speed of a sound.
It is created automatic acoustic stationary and figurative devices of control of speed of a current, level of waters and superficial excitement for waters of a land and the seas which work is based on a differential and time method. Devices and techniques of their use are introduced in structures of the Hydrometeorological service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine. IST-1 devices in number of 80 copies since 2008 are put into commercial operation in a Hydrometeorological network. The measuring instrument of parameters of excitement of IPV as a part of sea coastal station "Briz" (2 sets) is in trial operation since 2008.
To world level testify lack of devices with similar characteristics and confirmations of work by patents.
Devices have high levels of automation that allows lowering several times labor costs at measurements and processing’s of their results.
